TGA has acted as CDM Coordinator on projects from £100,000 to £250,000,000 in value on commercial, civil engineering and residential building projects. TGA Building Consultancy actively and sympathetically encourages close liaison between designers and contractors with the aim of promoting residual hazard assessments and designing to achieve a safe working and practical maintenance environment in compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
